This floor is manufactured with a water-resistant surface offering added protection from moisture ingress, making it a great choice for bathrooms, kitchens and other humid or wet rooms. In order to ensure your flooring is fully protected all edges & joints must be sealed. We recommend using on of our Water Protection Sealant products to fully protect your flooring. It is recommended that you do not leave standing water to soak longer than 24 hours, as over time this can still cause damage to your floor.

Spermatt MAXX clear porcelain
Very good quality. I wanted a matt stone tile affect flooring for my 3-lounge room renovation and researched extensively from B&Q, Wicks, online, independent traders etc etc.... Then I came across this product and the price just fit the bill perfectly. Its a German made product so as you can imagine the quality it very good. Absolutley love my new flooring thus far.
