This Vario+ 12mm Dark Walnut Laminate Flooring is manufactured on a dark rustic planked board that will enhance the character and overall creativity of any décor. It's rich, traditional colour is highly compatible, meaning it will blend well with most existing colour schemes, and thanks to its 12mm thick design it can also be used for heavy domestic and general commercial use.

FAQ
How do you lay the board? Is adhesive required or any sort of underlay?

Hi,

Laminate flooring that has a click system does not require any adhesive. The boards are very easy to install as a floating floor, and the click system keeps the boards locked in place. 

You should always use an underlay with any laminate floor, what type of underlay is usually determined by the room the floor is going to be installed in, and what sub-floor will be underneath.

Can I use the flooring over an underfloor heating system>???

Hi,

This flooring can be used over an underfloor heating system. Like most flooring, you should ensure the surface temperature of the floor once laid does not exceed 27 degrees.

How waterproof is this laminate for a utility area? Thx

Hi,

This flooring is fine for use in area where it may get wet, providing the flooring is sealed .We recommend a hydrokit sealant for the edges of the room where an expansion gap should be left, and also a click and seal, which can be applied to the edges of the boards when installed.
