Delivery service you can rely on

Here at Leader Floors we believe in offering top quality products at fantastic value prices. This is why we work hard to ensure our delivery & packaging costs are always kept as low as possible.

We work closely with a select number of hard-working and reliable couriers, both international and local based, to ensure we can balance value for money with a reliable, problem free service that you can rely on.

We make it easy

When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will be normally be contacted via email or telephone call, to arrange a delivery date that suits you, with the exception of Next Day Delivery orders. (As they will leave us at the earliest convenience!)

With all orders, we try to be as flexible as possible, so if a suggested date is not suitable for you, then let us know and we will do our best to re-arrange it. It is always recommended that you refer to delivery lead times on each individual product page, to give you an idea of when to expect delivery.

Once an order is dispatched from us, you will receive an 'order dispatched' status update email, this will give you full details on when to expect delivery of your goods.

Please allow up to a maximum of 28 working days for items to arrive, despite our best efforts, occasionally delays may occur.

Get it tomorrow

If you place an order before 11:00am and all of the products display the lead time 'In Stock | Next Day Delivery / Day of Choice', then the items are available for Express Next Day Delivery and will be dispatched that day. If your order is placed after 11:00am then it will be dispatched the following working day. For all other products, please refer to each individual product page for delivery lead time estimates.

You can relax safe in the knowledge that we will always make every effort to ensure that your delivery arrives within the estimated time scale, so as not to hold up your project. We do request that you allow up to 28 working days for items to arrive, though this only applies in extreme circumstances, so don't be alarmed should a delay occur.

If you want to collect your order in our Store, please select 'Customer Collection' at the checkout. This service is free of charge and if the item is in stock, you can even collect it the very same day! (Please call first to ensure it is available for collection on the date you require)

On the day

As we always book in delivery around you, you can be safe in the knowledge that you know exactly when your order will arrive. All deliveries dispatched from our warehouse are booked as Next Day Deliveries, so once we have booked in a delivery, you will receive a confirmation via email as soon as the consignment leaves us. Unfortunately, our couriers cannot offer time-specific delivery slots, this is why we state that deliveries can occur between 8:00am - 7:00pm.

As we use both national and local couriers to deliver our orders, there is a possibility that the items will arrive in a heavy goods vehicle. If you believe this may be a problem, then please contact us and we will request for the items to be delivered on a smaller vehicle.

Generally, your items will be delivered to kerbside, this is due to the fact that most UK courier services are legally uninsured to enter another person's property. Therefore, we always advise that there is adequate help on hand to take the delivery inside. (Please bear in mind, that flooring packs can be fairly heavy!)

Checking your order

Leader Floors are proud of our reliable delivery service, however, nobody is 100% perfect and due to the nature and size of the goods we deliver, occasionally issues may arise.

While problems with deliveries are extremely rare, we always recommend that orders should be checked when they arrive for any obvious sign of damage or unsuitability.

Unless the item you order states 'next day delivery', deliveries of all heavy goods are booked in with customers by phone to allow you time to prepare, and be able to receive the goods. Our couriers are instructed to allow 15 minutes in order for you to check goods on delivery. We would always advise that if you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods at the point of delivery, that you refuse to sign for the items. We appreciate that in some circumstances, a thorough check of the goods can be difficult in 15 minutes. However, in the vast majority of cases, any damage that occurs in transit can be identified from a quick inspection of the packaging on all sides, or a walk around the pallet. If you can see any signs of damage during these checks, then we kindly ask that you state 'damaged' beside your signature when you sign to accept the goods and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. This will ensure a speedy turnaround of any necessary replacements.

Delivery pricing

If you are spending over £199 you will qualify for Our Free Super Saver Delivery offer. When placing your order, if your order total exceeds £199 you are eligible to use our 199SHIP discount code which will give you 100% discount for a delivery day of your choosing for United Kingdom deliveries. Please note, this code is only applicable to delivery zone 1.

Our website we split the UK and Ireland into 5 different shipping zones. These zones determine what services we can offer to you with delivery and also what price is calculated by the courier for your shipping. These delivery zones are listed below;

Delivery Zone 1: United Kingdom

Delivery zone 1 consists of England, Wales & Scotland postcodes: AB, DD, FK, KA1-26, KY, PA1-19, PH1-13.

Delivery Zone 2: United Kingdom - Highlands & Islands

Delivery zone 2 consists of northern Scotland postcodes PA20-80, PH14-50, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, ZE, Shetland Isles, Isle of Sky, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight.

Delivery Zone 3: Ireland - Northern

Delivery zone 3 consists of all Northern Ireland addresses.

Delivery Zone 4: Ireland - Republic of

Delivery zone 4 consists of all Republic of Ireland addresses.

Delivery Zone 5: The Channel Islands

Delivery zone 5 consists of, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm, Jethou, Brechou.

As an internet retailer, we must always be vigilant when it comes to fraud. As all customer orders are fraud screened for security reasons. We may sometimes contact customers for more information. Please do not be offended by this, it is simply to make sure that you are who you say you are.

Because all customer orders are fraud screened against the details which you provide us, we are unable to dispatch your goods to an alternative address, to the one which you provide when your order was placed. If you cannot accept delivery to your given delivery address, please contact us to discuss what options are available, we may ask you to replace your order with the correct delivery address, and your initial order will be refunded quickly in full.
