This is a free service available to all of our Trade customers as we understand customers may not always want to wait around for a delivery.
Collections will be available the next working day between 8:30am to 12:00pm. We will send an SMS message when your order is ready to collect, with a reminder of your designated collection address.
We have two designated collection points depending on the goods you have ordered.
All floor orders must be collected from 47 Earlsway, Teeside Industrial Estate, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 9JU.
