Ball B92 Styccobond Solvent Based Wood Flooring Adhesive

Ball StyccobondB92 Wood Flooring Adhesive is a one part, solvent based synthetic resin adhesive used to install a range of wood floorcoverings. It has a long open time, is quick setting and develops a high bond strength.

Protected against biodegradation, it is suitable for use over underfloor heating installations and can be used for securing wood blocks, wood mosaic panels, engineered boards (semi-solids) and wood strip flooring up to a maximum length of 1.5 metres.

Can be applied to structurally sound, smooth, dry subfloors of:

• Concrete and sand/cement screed
• Plywood (Minimum 6mm flooring grade WBP).
• Store between 5°C and 30°C
• Shelf life of 12 months in unopened buckets
• Colour - Beige
• Flash Point - -5C (approx.)
• Coverage Rates 500g/m2 with a 2mm x 6mm or B2 trowel or(approx.) 700g/m2 with a 3mm x 6mm or B3 trowel
• Open Time Up to 20 minutes depending on temperature, humidity and absorbency of the subfloor
